If your area or line is eligible for streamyx, we can execute the installation and activation within two weeks. Applicants for all the streamyx packages do not need to pay anything until your line is approved and installed.

tmnet streamyx standard packages

Important Note:

1. tmnet streamyx basic package is applicable for personal application only.
2. Minimum subscription period is 12 months for all packages except with modem rental and other promotion packages.
3. Service is subject to availability and technical testing.
4. Speed of service is on best effort basis.
5. Customer is NOT ALLOWED to change the telephone number (connecting to tmnet streamyx) before installation of service.
6. Customer is responsible for internal wiring, NIC card and networking.
7. Self-installation customer is required to prepare own modem before the 7-day auto account activation.
8. For tmnet streamyx in-a-box (SIB) & without modem package: Auto account activation is 7-days from the date of registration for self-collection and 10-days for courier.
9. RM88 installation fee is applicable only if installation assistance is required.

11. Streamyx in-a-box (SIB) courier service charges are RM14 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM25 for Sabah/Sarawak.
12. First bill received will include the following fees: RM75 for activation + RM88 for installation (if applicable) + First and Second month advanced subscription fee.
13. If customer terminates tmnet streamyx before the end of the minimum subscription period, the customer must pay subscription fees of the remaining months and return the modem. Pre-mature termination includes relocation of premise.
14. tmnet streamyx bill must be paid before the due date to avoid any service suspension. During suspension period, TM Net will continue to charge for the monthly subscription fee. RM10 reconnection fee will be charged upon service reactivation
