The Expert8.com affiliate programme is opened to all tmnet streamyx
subscribers who have signed up via Expert8.com

This affiliate programme is a pay
per sale single tier programme designed to reward Expert8.com
customers.

For
existing streamyx subscribers who are not customers of
Expert8.com, their participation is subject to their
first successfully referred case not payable in
commission (excluding free gifts)

The success of this programme is
subject to the compliance of TM Net Sdn Bhd rules and regulations
for tmnet streamyx resellers.

Each Expert8.com customer who
wants to participate in this programme needs to register as an
Affiliate and agree to the terms and conditions contained herein to
be entitled for the commissions or rewards offered.

The Affiliate will receive the
stated commission for
every new successful streamyx customer referred to Expert8.com. Successful
customer means successful activation of tmnet streamyx broadband
service together with the submission of all the documents required
by TM Net Sdn Bhd.

Expert8.com will pay the Affiliate
the commission due within the following month after every successful
activation and submission of the required documents. Payments will
be in the form of cheque by mail or by Internet/electronic bank
transfer (in Malaysia only).

If the tmnet streamyx account of
the Affiliate and his/her customers is terminated without fulfilling
the minimum 12 months subscription period or if any of the
application is found to be fraudulent, the commission paid or owing
from Expert8.com will be withdrawn or forfeited.

Expert8.com reserves the right to change the amount/value of the
commission/reward with immediate notice via posting on this website
or by email.

When registering a new customer,
it will be the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure that
the details of the customer are correct and all related documents
are in order.

TM Net reserves the right to reject any application at its sole
discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.

By taking part in this programme,
the Expert8.com Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and
conditions and accept the decision(s) of TM Net which are final and binding.
The Affiliate also agrees to be notified or updated by Expert8.com
via email or sms on any changes or decisions made regarding
promotions, commission/reward scheme, product information and
prevailing terms and conditions. Any notification sent out will be
deemed as received by the recipient.

The Affiliate warrants that the
new customer consents to the terms and conditions of tmnet streamyx subscription

The Affiliate may use but not
alter any
published information, affiliate marketing tools and online
registration form found in Expert8.com's website for the purpose of
promoting the products and signing up their referrals subject to the
terms of service (TOS)
here.

When promoting the tmnet streamyx
service, the Affiliate will comply with all the relevant Malaysian
laws, international copyright and trademark laws. Under no
circumstances shall Expert8.com and tmnet streamyx be associated
with the promotion of illegal, pornographic and gambling products
and services.

The Affiliate agrees not to
conduct SPAM or unsolicited bulk emails that have any links to
Expert8.com or associated websites including email addresses. You
may do so only for your personal list of friends and business
associates and to your
subscriber list of recipients who have formally agreed to receive
notification emails from you or your company.

The Affiliate shall indemnify
Expert8.com and TM Net for any loss, damage or claim brought against
them by their referred customer, subscriber or any other third party
in connection with this affiliate programme.

If we are contacted by the
Affiliate's referred customer or subscriber for any unresolved issues or
claims not endorsed by Expert8.com, we will refer them back to the
Affiliate to be treated in a professional manner, failing which the
Affiliate's account may be terminated.

TM Net reserves the right to
suspend and/or terminate any subscriber's account in the event of fraud, negligence and/or other
activities deemed inappropriate by TM Net during participation of
the programme without assigning any reason
whatsoever. Pending investigation of the fraud, negligence and/or
other activities deemed inappropriate by TM Net, the commission will
not be dispensed to the reseller/affiliate until the said investigation
is completed to the satisfaction of TM Net.

If any Affiliate is found to have
breached the terms and conditions stated here, his/her account will
be terminated without further notice or explanation given.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of
Malaysia.
